We take great care in packing each shipment for a safe journey to you. If something is the matter with your shipment when it arrives, please call us immediately at (800) 495-1109 so we can make it right for you.

We want you to be thrilled with your drum.  You can return any item to Bang a Drum within 14 days for any reason.  The one exception is videos & CD's that have been opened.

Please call us at (800) 495-1109 to receive a return authorization number before returning any item. This will assist us in promptly processing your return when the item arrives back to us.
